How does the commission process work?

1. On the commission page, head to the product you're interested in, hit the enquire button and complete the form.

2. I contact you to confirm the dates I'll work on your commission including final delivery.

3. I send you an invoice for the commission and measuring kit explaining which measurements and photos I need of the pet.

4. On receipt of the measurements, photos and full payment I start working on the commission.

5. I keep in regular contact with you at each stage of the commission to get your feedback.

6. Your feedback is really important so let me know exactly what you think.

7. Once the commission is complete I box up and send to you.
